Andrea is a Jungian Life Coach, a Body-Based Breathwork Facilitator, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Yoga Instructor, with nearly 20 years in the wellness field. Her passion is helping people remember the spiritual nature of our existence and believes that maintaining a deep relationship with Self leads to a deeper connection with others. She weaves both her personal and professional experience into a holistic approach of healing that fosters groundedness, self-awareness, and growth. Through her work, Andrea empowers individuals to align with their authentic selves, offering guidance and support as they navigate their own transformative journeys.
Chelsea is a Registered Yoga Teacher with a Master’s in Public Health. She has spent the last 10 years facilitating mindfulness and stress reduction groups, particularly in mental health settings. Her practice is deeply rooted in a belief in bodhicitta - or the use of compassion to alleviate the suffering of others. Now more than ever, our society needs compassion and values beyond the material. Chelsea enjoys exploring these themes with group participants from the lens of positive psychology, using a strengths-based approach to identify personal attributes, positive relationships, and fulfilling hobbies we can use to problem-solve life's challenges.
